The client, Scott Downey, has an incredible pedigree from the culinary world; he worked at NOMA and a Michelin star restaurant in New York. To be honest, I was a bit intimidated meeting him for the first time as we met for coffee, putting together a marketing plan for his new restaurant. Scott was incredibly collaborative, and kindly taught me his philosophy on food and hospitality.
